I’ve been having some problems with readers being able to post comments for the past month or so, but needless to say I finally got to the bottom of it and fixed the issue. Before, if you tried to post a comment, you likely saw “Failed to add you comment” pop up.
If you post a comment now, you should have no problems whatsoever. In the rare occasion that you do, please let me know ASAP via the “Contact” tab near the top of the page.

I had the same issue on my site using the WordPress Thread Comment plugin. I disabled it today after tracking down the problem but I didn’t really have time to try and fix it.
Were you using the same plugin? How did you resolve the issues?
