jarvis-hayes-1-2-08.jpgThe Pistons caught fire in 2nd half Wednesday night on their way to an NBA-best 10th straight victory, but no one was more excited about it than Jarvis Hayes.

Jarvis was granted a rare homecoming victory and didn’t hesitate to light it up in the 4th either. He dropped 3 from downtown in the 4th quarter alone, much to the demise of a [regretting] Wizards crowd.

Pistons F Jarvis Hayes scored 12 points in his first game against his former team; he left the Wizards as a free agent in the offseason. “It’s a little weird coming in as a visitor, but that’s the name of the game,” he said. (AP)

ppbullet.pngWashington didn’t get many chances to score in the point. Their entire offense seemed to consist of a one-on-one outside jumper state of mind With that said, the Wizards only had a combined 13 assists.

ppbullet.pngSeven Pistons scored in double figures: all five starters, Max, and Jarvis.

ppbullet.pngThe Jamison-Butler duo was on their game: 43 combined points.

ppbullet.pngMax had a killer putback jam off a Tayshaun miss as the clock ran out in the 3rd.
