LeBron James left the game in the 2nd quarter yesterday with another minor (and I mean minor) injury as the Pistons gave the Cavs a good old fashioned Fred McLeod “spankjob.”
I just couldn’t help but chuckle when I saw the Yahoo Sports headline: “James Hurts Finger, Cavs Fall To Pistons.” Are those two subjects in the correct order? I think not.
Man up, LeBron.

Hell, if it’s like that when he’s not in the lineup I would understand Cleveland sitting him with a hang nail. They need to take every precaution possible. If he’s injured come playoffs fa-getta-bout it.
