As if the free agency of Chris Webber wasn’t confusing enough already, here’s some more information for you.

As we know, Webber was only going to consider signing with the Pistons.  However, a source close to Webber claims that he will now consider offers from the Cleveland Cavaliers.

While the Cavs could use another big man in the post, I just wouldn’t feel right if such a talent went to THAT team.  The Pistons aren’t in any dire need to sign him, but I miss C-Webb’s post moves and precision passes (I have mentally blocked out his playoff performance).

Time will tell what develops, if anything develops at all.
